As the March 2026 municipal elections approach, ADEP is launching a collective, nonpartisan, and secure civic initiative to promote democratic participation and strengthen the role of community organizations.
In Roubaix, voter apathy is causing lasting damage to the democratic bond. In light of this, we have chosen to take responsible action.
We will organize a series of moderated public forums with all candidates between the two rounds of voting, in strict compliance with the principles of equal treatment, political neutrality, and the public interest.
In this context, ADEP is launching a Roubaix Pact for community organizations and the democratic engagement of residents, which is open for signature and support by interested organizations—here on our platform.
The goal is clear: to combat voter apathy, strengthen the role of the nonprofit sector, and collectively assert our role as citizens. And because democracy needs places of trust and the strength of the collective to thrive.

I support this Republican pact, of course. The key is to view community organizations as an extension of public services—local, accountable, and driven by and for their beneficiaries and residents. The goal is to effectively support civic initiatives and democratic engagement.
