Le château de Windsor, situé dans la banlieue de Londres, est le plus ancien et le plus grand château occupé au monde, et c’est la résidence de week-end préférée de la Reine.Le Royaume-Uni, composé de l’Angleterre, de l’Écosse, du Pays de Galles et de l’Irlande du Nord, est un pays insulaire au nord-ouest de l’Europe. L’Angleterre, berceau de Shakespeare et des Beatles, comprend Londres comme capitale, centre financier et culturel à l’influence mondiale. Elle offre également les cercles de pierres de Stonehenge, les thermes romains de Bath et les universités vieilles de plusieurs siècles d’Oxford et de Cambridge.
