Eat well, don't eat too much sugar (important!)
With the onset of puberty and its rapid growth phase, nutritional requirements are particularly high.
From the age of 10, recommended intakes of calories, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients reach or exceed those of a woman!
Foods to prefer or limit, portion sizes... Based on a major scientific study,
the French High Council for Public Health (HCSP) has just unveiled its new recommendations for the diet of children from birth to age 17.
The most important thing to remember is not to eat too much "junk food". (It's very important!!!).
