You need to eat well, and you shouldn't eat too much sugar (important!)
When puberty begins and the rapid growth phase sets in, nutritional needs are particularly high.
By age 10, the recommended intake of calories, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients reaches or exceeds that of an adult woman!
Foods to prioritize or limit, portion sizes… Based on extensive scientific research,
the High Council for Public Health (HCSP) has just released its new recommendations regarding the diets of children from birth to age 17.
The most important thing to remember is not to eat too much junk food. (This is very important!!!)
